I wish I would have found this years ago. Very sturdy, easy install, QUALITY!It is artwork really, I adhered it to the lower wall in the hallway and my two cats love it!I will be purchasing another one soon!
Bought this because one of my cats started scratching my sons brand new gaming chair .After I stuck this on the side of the desk ,the cat who was scratching the chair came over and scratched this vertical sisal scratcher instead perfect !putting the "yes" object right near the "no" object really does work :)
My cat doesn't really like it. But she is always too picky, so no blame on it. However the scratcher falls off my sofa often.
This mat is well made and looks as if it should last awhile. That is saying a lot since my daughter's cat, Smoky tends to tear up things that we buy for him . This mat may actually be Smoky proof! So far, we have tried it on the floor. I am skeptical as to how well it would remain hanging on the wall knowing this cat haha. Now, if she can only get him to use it. He is finicky as to what he takes to, so hopefully he will get used to this mat. I will follow up with pictures if he does! I do like how there is an option to stick it to the side of the sofa because Smoky tends to use the side of the sofa to scratch . Hope your cat loves it!
I really couldn't decide between the lightsaber cat or the starry night cat, but ended up going with lightsaber cat after asking my fiance what he liked. After getting this one though, I'm tempted to get the other! The scratcher is thicker than I expected it to be, so I think it'll last a while - if they get around to using it - and the art is nice and clear despite the texture. I've had it curled over the side of the couch arm while I decide where to permanently put this scratcher. I have my doubts whether the sticky part of this would stick to soft furniture, but I think I'll be putting it on the side of a wood cabinet so it should stay just fine. Such a fun scratch pad!
