Free Shipping Service:
For customers shipping to the contiguous United States (excluding outlying territories). Shipping is free for an order of $20 or more after discounts, before shipping and tax have been applied. For most products on our website, delivery to non-remote areas in the United States takes 5–15 business days, while a small number of products take 15–25 business days.
For other countries, an order of $50 or more after discounts will receive our free shipping service.
*US Outlying territories are Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Delivery to customers in these territories takes 25 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays; we will inform customers of any changes in the order confirmation email.

Processing Time
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification from us.
- 1-5 business days for all Stocked Products.
If an item is out of stock, the processing time is 5-10 business days from the order being placed.
If you have a preferred delivery date, please note it in the “Order Note” section on the shopping cart page or let our customer service team know.
Special Conditions
Oversized Items:
For oversized items such as wooden cat trees and large pet furniture, our shipping time to any country is 15–25 business days.
Holiday Shipping:
Due to holidays, shipping carriers typically experience a high volume of shipments. As a result, they require more time to complete deliveries. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Do We Offer Expedited Shipping?
All packages from our website are shipped via standard delivery. If you need expedited shipping, please contact our customer service at info@soldaypet.com.
International Delivery:
We currently only support delivery to the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Singapore, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Sweden.
If we open other markets later, we will notify you in time on our website.
